The average session takes about 30 minutes to complete and only requires you to sit on a chair. During this time, patients are free to read a book or simply relax. Sitting on the Emsella chair will create a tingling in the pelvic floor as the muscles begin to contract. Basically, the chair is replicating kegel exercises at a higher frequency and intensity. Patients remain clothed throughout the session.
