Case Study: Xanthelasma Removal – Restoring Confidence and Clarity

A young lady came to Medical Aesthetics 360° feeling increasingly self-conscious about yellowish plaques that had developed on her upper eyelids. These small, soft patches — known as xanthelasma — had become a source of frustration, as they were difficult to conceal with makeup and often drew unwanted attention in photos and daily interactions.

Although she had her cholesterol levels checked and found them to be normal, the xanthelasma persisted. Over time, she became more aware of them, describing how they made her feel less confident and less comfortable meeting people face-to-face.
