Crow’s Feet

Story

When he first came to Medical Aesthetics 360, he had one very clear concern: the lines around his crow’s feet were becoming more noticeable, especially when he smiled or looked tired at the end of the day.

He was a middle-aged gentleman who did not want to look different. He did not want to look “done,” stiff, or frozen. What he wanted was simple, but very relatable — to look fresher, less lined, and more rested, while still looking like himself.

During his consultation, Dr Suzanna Luo performed a full facial assessment and took time to understand not only the visible concern, but also the result he was hoping to achieve. His goal was a natural-looking improvement, with softening of the wrinkles around the outer eye area while maintaining normal facial movement, expression, and character.

Like many patients, he wanted an approach that felt medically assessed, carefully planned, and as low-risk as reasonably possible. He also wanted the process to be comfortable and efficient, with minimal interruption to daily life.

Following doctor assessment, a personalised treatment plan was recommended with a focus on subtle refinement rather than dramatic change.

Visible Results

At review, the crow’s feet appeared noticeably softer and less etched, particularly when smiling. The eye area looked smoother and more refreshed, while his facial expressions remained natural and relaxed.

Most importantly, he still looked like himself.

There was no heavy or overcorrected appearance — just a more rested, approachable, and polished version of his natural features. The result aligned closely with his goal of achieving a significant softening in visible lines without losing normal expression.

For this patient, the outcome was a good example of how a doctor-led, conservative approach can support natural-looking facial rejuvenation when treatment goals are clearly understood and carefully planned.
