Case Study: Natural Double Eyelid Creation and Eye Contour Refinement

Story

This 30 year old female patient had always felt her upper eyelids looked puffy and heavy, especially in photos. On some days, her eyelid fold would disappear completely, making her eyes look smaller and less defined — even when she was well rested.

Makeup was tricky: eyeliner smudged easily, eye shadow creased, and she often found herself lifting her brows to “open” her eyes. Over time, she started to feel that her eye area looked less pretty and less bright than she wanted, and it began affecting her confidence.

She wanted a change, but only if it could look natural — not overly high, not obvious, and definitely not a “different face.” With a busy schedule and limited downtime, fast healing was also a priority.

During her consultation at Medical Aesthetics 360°, Dr Chun Yen Huang (MED0001187421) carefully assessed eyelid anatomy, puffiness, skin thickness, symmetry, and crease design to plan a balanced result that would suit her features.

Using a conservative upper eyelid crease procedure (blepharoplasty), Dr Huang refined the eyelid contour and created a soft, natural-looking crease designed to complement her eye shape. Her recovery was smooth and time-efficient, and she was able to return to daily routines quickly as swelling settled.

When she returned for review, her first comment was simple: “I finally look like me — just prettier.” Her eyes looked brighter, more defined, and naturally refreshed — and she felt genuinely happy and confident.
