Smooth Skin, Subtle Change with Mole Removal

Before-and-after close-up of the cheek/nose area; a circled raised pore before, smoother, more even skin after treatment.

Story

This patient came to Medical Aesthetics 360° with a concern that many people can relate to — a raised, bumpy mole on the face that had become more noticeable over time. Although harmless, its position on the nose made it difficult to ignore, especially in photos and everyday interactions.

This small detail often drew more attention than she would like. Her goal was simple: to remove the mole safely and achieve a smoother, more natural skin surface without obvious signs of treatment.

After a skin check assessment, Dr Chun-Yen Huang recommended Erbium laser mole removal, a precise technique commonly used for raised mole and skin lesion removal in Sydney. The treatment works by gently removing the lesion in a controlled, layer-by-layer approach, allowing for accuracy in delicate facial areas such as the nose.

The focus of the procedure was to remove the raised mole while preserving the surrounding skin, helping the treated area heal smoothly and blend naturally with the rest of the face. The approach prioritised skin integrity, subtlety, and a natural aesthetic outcome.

The change is small but impactful — the kind where the focus shifts away from a single feature, allowing the skin to look naturally clear and balanced.

Visible Results

  • Bumpy mole completely removed
  • Skin surface appears smoother and more even
  • Treated area blends naturally with surrounding skin
  • No raised texture remaining
