Upper Eyelid Correction for Uneven Eyes in a Woman in Her 40s

Story

In her 40s, this patient had become increasingly aware that her eyes looked uneven in photos and during everyday conversations. One eye appeared larger and more defined because it had a visible upper eyelid crease, while the other eye looked smaller and heavier due to the absence of a clear crease. Over time, this imbalance made her feel that her face looked less refreshed and less symmetrical, even though the rest of her features were naturally soft and balanced.

During consultation, her concerns centred on achieving better eyelid balance rather than changing her overall appearance. The goal was to create a more even upper eyelid fold, improve symmetry between both eyes, and maintain a natural look that suited her facial features. A personalised upper eyelid correction plan was designed to restore harmony between the eyes while keeping the result subtle and age-appropriate.

Visible Results

After healing, the upper eyelids appeared more balanced, with improved definition and a clearer crease on the previously smaller-looking side. Both eyes looked more even in size and shape, creating a softer, brighter and more harmonious appearance. The result was natural-looking eyelid symmetry that helped the patient look more refreshed without appearing overdone.
