Simple guidance for the first 48 hours, what you may notice as the area settles and when to contact your clinic.

Your MA360 clinician’s instructions are personalised to your treatment settings, treatment area and medical history. Always follow those instructions first.

Keep your aftercare simple

MiniFX combines radiofrequency energy with vacuum-assisted massage. Temporary warmth, redness, tenderness, mild swelling or bruising can occur after treatment and usually improves over hours to a few days.

01

Hydrate

Drink water regularly unless a healthcare professional has advised you to limit fluids.

02

Keep cool

Choose lukewarm showers and avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths and heating pads.

03

Be gentle

Avoid rubbing, scrubs, retinoids, exfoliating acids and tight clothing over the area.

04

Protect

Reduce direct sun exposure and use broad-spectrum SPF 50+ when the area is exposed.

Let warmth and sensitivity settle

Most people can continue normal daily activities. Let your comfort level—and your clinician’s advice—guide when you return to exercise, heat exposure and active skincare.

Simple answers for the next few days

Can I shower after MiniFX?

Usually yes. Choose a cool or lukewarm shower and avoid vigorous scrubbing. Avoid hot baths, spas, saunas and steam rooms for the first 24–48 hours.

When can I exercise?

Gentle daily movement is generally suitable. Avoid strenuous exercise and heavy sweating for 24–48 hours, or longer if the area is still warm, red or tender.

What can I apply to the area?

Use gentle, fragrance-free products. Pause exfoliants and active ingredients for a few days. Use any product supplied by your clinician as directed.

When should redness settle?

Mild redness and warmth often ease within hours. Tenderness, swelling or bruising can take a few days. Contact MA360 if symptoms worsen or last longer than advised.
