Temple Contour Restoration for a Smoother, Softer Upper-Face Shape

Story

This patient felt that over time, her face had started to look more angular and less softly contoured, especially in the upper face. The temple area had become more hollow, creating shadows that changed the balance of her features. Although the change was subtle, it affected the way the whole face looked — less smooth, less supported, and slightly more tired.

She wanted a natural-looking improvement that would not change her identity, but would restore some of the softness and structure that had gradually diminished. After assessment, treatment was tailored to improve the contour and continuity of the temple area, helping the upper face look more harmonious and less hollowed.

Visible Results

Following treatment, the temples appeared smoother, fuller, and better blended with the surrounding facial contours. The upper face looked less shadowed and more balanced, with a softer transition between the forehead, temple, and cheek. The overall effect was elegant and understated — a fresher, more refined facial contour without looking overdone.
