Story
This patient came in feeling frustrated that no matter how much effort she put into looking after herself, the double chin area still seemed to stay. She had noticed it more and more in photos, especially from the side, on video calls, and whenever she looked down. Even when the rest of her face looked balanced, the fullness under the chin made her profile feel heavier and less defined.
What made it more frustrating was that this was not simply about weight. She felt her jawline had become less sharp over time, and the area under the chin looked fuller, softer, and less contoured than she wanted. She often found herself adjusting angles in photos or avoiding side-profile shots altogether.
After consultation, a tailored treatment plan was created using Lipodissolve and FaceTite to target the stubborn under-chin area and improve overall lower-face contour. The aim was to address both the unwanted fullness and the lack of definition, helping the area look more sculpted and more proportionate to the rest of the face. Rather than changing how she looked, the goal was to create a cleaner, more refined transition from the chin to the neck.
Visible Results
Following treatment, the area under the chin looked leaner, tighter, and more defined, with the double chin appearance visibly reduced. The jawline appeared clearer, and the profile looked more sculpted and more balanced from the side. What stood out most was the improved contour between the chin and neck, helping the lower face look lighter and more refined.
The result was not harsh or overdone — just a more elegant, more polished profile that looked sharper, neater, and easier to appreciate from every angle.
