From Flat to Flowing – Forehead Contouring

Story

This patient came to Medical Aesthetics 360° wanting to improve a concern that was subtle, but very noticeable to her — a flatter-looking forehead with slight hollowing near the hairline. From the side profile, the forehead contour did not flow as smoothly as she wanted, which made the upper face look less balanced in photos.

After a detailed consultation, Dr Suzanna Luo assessed her facial proportions, forehead shape, hairline transition and overall profile balance. A personalised forehead contouring treatment plan was recommended to support a smoother forehead shape, improve facial harmony, and create a more natural-looking forehead enhancement without changing her facial identity.

The focus was not to create an exaggerated “filled” look, but to refine the forehead curve, soften the hollow area and improve the transition between the forehead and hairline. This facial contouring approach helped enhance her profile in a subtle, balanced way while maintaining a natural result.

Visible Results

  • Forehead contour appears smoother and more even
  • Forehead hollowing looks softened
  • Side profile looks more balanced and refined
  • Natural-looking result without obvious change
  • Upper face appears softer, fresher and more elegant
